Group Offering: Women’s Betrayal Trauma Recovery

If your partner had an affair, struggles with out of control sexual behavior, or has broken your trust in other significant ways, this group may be for you. There is no one correct decision or right way to feel after discovering a betrayal. Whether you’ve decided to leave, stay and make it work, or are still on the fence, this group will be a place of non-judgement as you process the rollercoaster of emotions. Not only will this group promote community, but I (Clara) will also guide the group in exercises to assist you in coming back to yourself, back to your body, and back to your sense of trust in your own intuition. The group will commit to upholding a confidential space for one another as women looking to heal.

Located at my office on Bainbridge Island, this in-person group offering is a chance to connect in a community of others with a similar kind of hurt. As a couples and relationship therapist, one thing I’m a firm believer in is that we aren’t meant to heal alone.
