50-minute sessions are billed at $160 for individuals and $175 for couples, while 80-minute sessions are billed at $250 for individuals, and $280 for couples.

Please inquire about my sliding scale availability if you’re in need. I provide a limited number of spots on my schedule for new therapists and those unable to afford my fee.

I am not paneled with insurance. I have recently begun providing superbills to clients for reimbursement. Reimbursement from your insurance provider is not guaranteed and is dependent on your out of network benefits. Please check with your insurance provider for better understanding of your eligibility for OON reimbursement. Many providers have different policies around reimbursement for individual vs. couples therapy sessions.

My in-person office will be opening spring of 2026 on Bainbridge Island, WA. My previous office in Round Rock, TX is now closed, but I still accept telehealth clients in TX, WA, and FL.

I see clients throughout the day and into the evening hours on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. If you are in need of weekend availability, I’d be happy to refer you to other amazing therapists out there that can accommodate that.

I answer emails and respond to voicemails Monday through Friday, and do my best to get back to folks within 24 hours.

Be sure to book a 15-minute free consultation prior to booking a full-length session, as it’s important for us to see if we’re a good fit for working together. I close booking through the portal when I’m on vacation or have an almost-full schedule.
