PMDD + PME Therapy Group

The struggles of premenstrual dysphoric disorder and premenstrual exacerbation are so real, and yet largely go unspoken about. Many with PMDD or PME find themselves working with two “good” weeks per month before the cycle of suffering begins again- mood swings, depression, exhaustion, irritability, and destruction of relationships. You don’t have to face this cycle alone.

In this therapy group beginning early 2026, Clara will guide the cohort in sharing and connecting over their experiences of PMDD and PME, navigating tools and strategies for emotional regulation, processing the intense feelings that accompany this diagnosis, and crafting support plans that get ahead of, rather than react to, the PMDD/PME cycle. This group is inclusive to all gender identities that experience PMDD or PME. This weekly group will meet online on Tuesdays from 4-5:15PM CST. $60 per group + a one-time individual intake assessment with Clara in preparation for group.

Embodying Pleasure Group Therapy Intensive

Join us on April 27th at Embodied Relationship and Sex Therapy for a day-long group therapy intensive for those wanting to explore their relationship to low sexual desire. Located at my office in downtown Round Rock.

This intensive is open to anyone that identifies as a woman or gender non-conforming. Over the course of the day, we will process our individual and collective obstacles to pleasure (sexual and non-sexual), break down sex-negative stereotypes, and learn tools that make living a pleasure-filled life a possibility. Limited to 8 participants to keep the group intimate and allow for depth.

Cost is $350, which includes a one-time required 50 minute individual session with me, Clara Hayes, LMFT, prior to the intensive. 

Some topics that may be explored include:
-Reconnecting to the body
-Sexual disinterest and dissatisfaction
-Identifying and dismantling shame
-Communicating your needs and desires
-Navigating low libido and desire discrepancy in relationships
-Body image
-Managing stress and emotional regulation
-Prioritizing pleasure
