For those that are seeking to more deeply understand their relationship to pleasure and low interest in sex, these intensives are an opportunity for us to dive deep into exploration and provide stronger clarity around this part of your life. Many that experience desire discrepancy in relationships or question their lack of sexual interest often feel like something is “wrong” with them that needs to be “fixed.” But that belief leaves most of us stuck in shame, when in fact differences in desire are a normal part of human variation, not a flaw that needs correcting. Instead of finding quick-fix solutions already available in Cosmo, we’ll go in depth to explore what is true for you. We’ll look at the cycles you’re currently stuck in, the big identity questions you’re wrestling with, the misinformation or societal teachings that need to be shed, and explore new tools to access the parts of you wanting expressed or accepted. Intensives are open to all gender identities and sexual orientations, 21+.

Prior to the intensive, we’ll schedule a free 30-minute call together to ensure a good fit and to do an assessment to find our jumping off points. Intensives are offered as requested by those interested. Typically scheduled on a Saturday, we’ll work for 3.5 hours divided into two segments across the day with a break in the middle. Cost is $600.
